welcome to june

oooo, i'm so excited i can't sleep! june is here! this is one of my favorite months of the year because san francisco is alive with arts! more specifically, film - both the san francisco black film festival and the frameline/sf international lgbt film festival get underway! where do we begin?!

additionally, intersection for the arts is celebrating its 40th anniversary of bringing provoking and community-building and -budging art into the world. yours truly will be reading as part of the big intersection block party on june 18. and let's not forget sf pride, juneteenth, and the kickoff of street fair season. time to be out and about!

exactly 20 years ago today, i graduated from high school. i'm very happy about that.
